Our leadership team is best in quality
My direct manager is awesome and very energetic.
I like the Business Im in. I believe it's one that truly can help bring positive impact to everyone (not just those who can afford it)
They do not treat me as an intern
group insurance rate and 401k match
I don't want to discuss about that
Company stock as a retention bonus, however valuation is so poor that it regularly is cut to 1/3 the original value when vested. We are forced to leave a lot of potential on the table if we leave, but if we do not then we harm our own value in the long term.
It is more than competitive
Insurance and vision coverage and fsa
Our fulltime employees are trained on mamy benches, and help each other. It appears we are mostly hiring temporary employees. A few have been made permanent, but not many.

The quality of the people
Additional activities like sports initiatives, training and development
The only way to know
Im not sure I feel a 'culture'. The last time HR presented at Town Hall on 'culture' it was more a conversation around 'meeting effectiveness'.....not what I believe people were hoping for
It was previous managers that have now retired. They were great.
Review from Operations Dept

Not a prolonged interview process. Met with a few executives and we talked about relevant topics and results.
The ease. My Hiring Manager made me feel super comfortable in the interview.
