Review from Product Dept

It is right and necessary.

Unlimited PTO and the company pays a large chunk of my health insurance, which means a great deal to me, financially.

Review from Engineering Dept

The ability to earn a variable component with an upside if things go really well.

Flexibility and the HR team listens to feedback and adjusts as needed each plan year.

Review from Sales Dept

It's very balanced in approach. I don't have *1* key aspect, it's the wholistic package that works for me.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the balance—it’s competitive and clearly structured, with transparency around how pay, incentives, and benefits align to performance. I also real

401K and variable comp; performance based incentives

Review from Sales Dept

I love the Unlimited PTO

Review from Customer Success Dept

Many options for different coverage.

Review from Engineering Dept

Annual reviews and bonuses and my company pays for my vision insurance and short term disability benefit.

Review from HR Dept

Base Salary and Yearly Bonus

Review from HR Dept

Salary is fair and Bonus is attainable with performance

Review from Executive Dept

There is a good balance of options.

Review from Engineering Dept

Opportunity to earn bonuses and equity.

Review from Executive Dept

Well-balanced: salary and commission. Total comp coupled with ability to compete and WIN means earning potential is as good as anyone in the industry.

Review from Sales Dept

My base salary and bonus.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe I am currently underpaid for my role based on market comparisons I've researched. After reviewing salary data from multiple reputable sources, I've found that professionals in similar positions, with comparable responsibilities are earning higher compensation at other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

I would appreciate if PlanSource offered more competitive compensation. I have seen several former colleagues leave to similar roles at other companies that provide higher pay and fully remote opportunities.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Cheaper medical insurance. Also to offer a plan for families only. I know it is different but some of us are disabled veterans and only need coverage for dependents. Also better pay, that's always a plus

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair pay per market value, gender equality, seniority, and without the clear favoritism that is also given.

Review from Engineering Dept

Higher pay for employees pulling the more weight

Review from Customer Success Dept

Same job title and responsibility at other companies have higher salary.

Review from Operations Dept

I sometimes feel undervalued because my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the level of responsibility I carry, the impact of my contributions, or the market value for similar roles. Recognition is important, but fair and

Review from Finance Dept

The pay is a little on the lower end of the job market. But it is semi-fine due to the flexibility offered

Review from Engineering Dept

Granted it is my first year with PlanSource. I came from a small business where i was an IT Director for several years. After we sold, i was lucky enough to fall into PlanSource. My goal is to build out a department, however i feel undercompensated for my experience and what i bring to the table.

Review from Product Dept

I would love to have better compensation, when I transitioned from contracted empoyee to regular my salary went dow, now is less with the benefits.

Review from Admin Dept

Seeing leadership execute a plan that fully hits all AOP targets so that bonus funding ends up at 100% as opposed to missing targets and funding at less than 100%.

Review from Operations Dept

I wish that question was more of a scale. It has gotten better, but I know I could make more at another company in the same role. Money isn't why I stay at PlanSource though.

Review from Operations Dept

For the market and my experience, it could be better.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My salary does not match what I see out in market. It would be great to have more transparency into how salaries are allotted

Review from Marketing Dept

I have been working hard to do all I can for this company. The last 2 years have been very difficult with the misguidance (or lack thereof) from the leadership team. I have also had to pick up the slack from the lack of support from the sales team in order to keep my partners as happy as possible.

Review from Sales Dept

Getting more compensation would be ideal.

Review from Operations Dept

There is 100% disparity when it comes to compensation and promotions here. Some resources are forced to follow strict HR rules while others are promoted outside of these protocols. There are no guidelines for senior leaders to follow for exceptions, this creates this sense of discrimination

Review from Sales Dept

Increased pay for my level.

Review from Product Dept

to be Higher as the Job I do.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is the only area of improvement as I know I am a valued associate.
