It appears that leadership is too invested in profits. They are so invested in the bottom line of making more money of the clients and they are not the ones that have to deal with the backlash.

Granted it is my first year with PlanSource. I came from a small business where i was an IT Director for several years. After we sold, i was lucky enough to fall into PlanSource. My goal is to build out a department, however i feel undercompensated for my experience and what i bring to the table.

Lack of support from team members. Lack of follow up from leadership about the lack of support from team members. Wrist slapping for taking on tasks that are not my day to day tasks rather than being praised and thanked for going the extra mile.

I think that the updates to our executive leadership can be positive improvements, and I am open to seeing where they take PS. The past few years we have focused on bottom line and fine prints with clients and damaged a lot of relationships that we need to work to recover now.
