What is the best part about your compensation package?

I make alot of money at a place I love. What could be better?

Fair and competitive salary/bonus with benefit package

Our bonus is based on company performance as well as individual performance.

We have every benefit I could ever want plus some.

Paid time off and health benefits

Generous PTO, generous salary (though we work hard for it), life - work balance is a priority.

Competitive salary ,good pension and bonys

I am not happy with Customer service

Salaries seem above average and benefits are average.

Our annual bonuses are usually something to gape about

Major Health, Medical, are robust as is the 401K

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It would be nice to have some respect
