What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home and some discount games

everyone is supportive of each other. We are somewhat competitive but supportive and positive overall.

Freedom to work where and when it suits best

We always find time to chat about life and get a few laughs in.

People are kind to each other and conversations are always pleasant with the teams. There is no bickering.

People really live by the studio values and care for each other (as well as valuing the importance of inclusivitiy)

Upper management is keen on work-life balance and has open door policy on most topics.

There is absolutley nothing good here

too early in tenure to be able to answer this question
