What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good team work. lots of diversity and inclusive
Everyone is very open and transparent to the extent possible. And they work hard on socializing changes which is helpful.

Leadership, including c-level, afe amazing, down to earth people that spend time and mingle with the masses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring based on DEI and gender rather than merit has led to a toxic, ineffective, and unproductive workplace. Senior management is lazy and disconnected from business teams, while constant, unplanned reorganizations drive more resignations.
Salary and more remote work
Executive Leadership is doing a fine job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make alot of money at a place I love. What could be better?
Fair and competitive salary/bonus with benefit package
Our bonus is based on company performance as well as individual performance.
We have every benefit I could ever want plus some.

It would be nice to have some respect
Higher salary, less hours and more clear bonus

There is nonprogression or incentive to do well
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone supports each other and we forgive people little mistakes.
Everyone is willing to reach out and lend a hand to anyone who needs help.
We have each other's backs. We all want what is best for PlayStation so no one is trying to get all the glory. We just want to get the work done!

There lacks synergy and collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home and some discount games
everyone is supportive of each other. We are somewhat competitive but supportive and positive overall.
Freedom to work where and when it suits best
We always find time to chat about life and get a few laughs in.
People are kind to each other and conversations are always pleasant with the teams. There is no bickering.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
