Very transparent. They have a vision for the future and a plan to accomplish their desired results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid insurance is incredible, but the Employee stock purchase program is absolutely one of the best, if not the best in the country.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the autonomy that exists within Pluralsight is the most positive thing about the environment. I don't feel like i'm ever being micro-managed. Which is something I can appreciate greatly!
