What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare covered by PS... which will likely be going away following Vista acquisition.

Pluralsight pays very fairly and competitively in compensation, and they also add so many other perks that make it amazing: medical premiums covered by the company, 401k matching, company ownership options, etc. It's absolutely amazing, best compensation package I've had in my career.

The most positive thing about our culture is having accountability and holding others accountable. I would Say transparency but we’ve not had a lot

Pluralsight really, really cares about the employees' work-life balance, so they are incredible flexible about schedules, encouraging employees to take time needed for family engagements, etc. No shame culture whatsoever, you do what you need to do for your health and happiness.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was top notch when I first joined the org, now days it seems PS is desperate to place people and have shifted from culture fit and competitive placement to gender priorities and checking boxes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We’re sequestered in our homes with no foreseeable plans to return to the office. Leaders have stopped doing wellness checks and Town Halls have been canceled, turn over is at an all time high, and leaders are caught in internal politics that have become toxic
