Positive Reviews From Pluralsight Employees

  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    Wellness, telephone and phone allowance
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best place to work due to work life balance and allowances and management encourage us to grow
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited PTO and allowances given by company

Constructive Feedback From Pluralsight Employees

  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't try to stuff a candidate into a role. Really listen to what the candidate enjoys doing and is good at. If it's a fit with your need, great. If it's not, either adjust the position to fit the candidate, or don't hire the person.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees who are closest to the work and to the customers have important feedback. Listen to them and act on the feedback.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to engage an outside provider to interview employees anonymously. People have a lot of input but it's not being heard. Employees don't trust the employee engagement survey to be anonymous, so many don't feel comfortable completing it.
