- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't try to stuff a candidate into a role. Really listen to what the candidate enjoys doing and is good at. If it's a fit with your need, great. If it's not, either adjust the position to fit the candidate, or don't hire the person.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Employees who are closest to the work and to the customers have important feedback. Listen to them and act on the feedback.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Management needs to engage an outside provider to interview employees anonymously. People have a lot of input but it's not being heard.
