Learn to appropriately staff a clinic
Staff are reporting the issues repeatedly and being retaliated against and leaving . Patient care is down. Business degrees are trumping years of medical training and experience .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provider pay was well below mgma in the area and all incentives enfouraged non professional staff to risk patient care and proviser license to meet unsafe metrics . Times were made up. Staff were quiet quitting and sabotaging patient care even more. Toxic

Professional employees need to be hired for professional behavior . Manage them up and train them or manage them out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Direct coworkers and working with kids
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need to be fired. Low quality providers must be supervisee adequatelty. Managers with a clear record of top tier workes leaving must be demoted or fired
