Provider pay was well below mgma in the area and all incentives enfouraged non professional staff to risk patient care and proviser license to meet unsafe metrics . Times were made up. Staff were quiet quitting and sabotaging patient care even more. Toxic

Professional employees need to be hired for professional behavior . Manage them up and train them or manage them out
Direct coworkers and working with kids
Executives need to be fired. Low quality providers must be supervisee adequatelty. Managers with a clear record of top tier workes leaving must be demoted or fired
