There are some great people at PMG. The issue is there are too many “brilliant jerks” in senior leadership p
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No accountability for executive team. They are great at marketing which allows them to spin a narrative. The culture and organization is extremely broken.
What makes you most happy at work?
I used to work with a great team of people, but the leader of my group has forced a lot of people out of the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All compensation decisions are solely made by the CEO, who plays favorites. The VP of HR is completely incompetent and his team has the worst turnover of the entire organization.
