I love working at PMG. We are growing quickly, so there are inevitable challenges that come from that, but the underlying intentions of the company and everyone there are positive. The level of transparency is completely different than anywhere else, as is the accountability of senior executives.

Genuinely have employees' best interests at heart. They aren't imperfect, but are transparent and willing to improve.

To be part of a fast growing company that hasn't sacrificed the ideals of seeing employees as humans first, and treating them as such.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a true sense of team at PMG. We have confidence in each other, and everyone looks to help each other out. And that sense is true across all levels of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To address mental health in 2021 as a result of the pandemic, the company gave everyone an additional week of PTO. Also love that healthcare plan premiums have stayed steady over the years. And benefits for new parents (paid leave, gift card for diapers, gradual return to work) are thoughtful.
