Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there might be a bit of a gap between what I'm contributing and how that's currently reflected in my compensation. It would help me feel more confident and valued if there was more transparency into how comp decisions are made, along with clearer paths or opportunities to increase them.

The raise and review process needs an overhaul. Currently you are not rated based on your own skills/year, you are rated based on how you compare to everyone else. If others deem to get more of a raise, it means even if you were worthy of it, you get less because they got more.

It seems like no one cares about the work I do, so why am I being asked to do it?

The bulk of the work falls on the most competent and those with the drive to achieve goals. Compensation seems to be held for titles rather that achievements.

I feel the compensation is low compared to other companies for the same role. I feel you can't keep people with such a small increase each year and expect them to take on so much work.

I think there's no cohesive culture here
Taking ownership of their responsibilities. Communication. We could have more productive collaboration with a desire to improve processes and tackle more responsibilities instead of existing in a state of status quo.

I may not be excited to go to work, but I look forward to work. I never dread it.

It's just work, and we're always trying to innovate so there's always a lot to do.
There's so much (too much) to do a lot of that time that it feels overwhelming and like things are constantly piling up.
