Overall my experience has been very good over the last 12 years. Senior leadership and ownership changed, but the essence of my immediate team and the leadership stayed the same.

A lot of Poly experience and works well together.

Having a great manager that makes all of us feel valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at all levels is on the same page including our CEO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is good and I have been lucky to have stock awards.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Using video technology - hired back in 2009 so it was innovative and a chance to use the technology.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and inclusivity has been at the forefront of the Poly culture. The Polycom and Plantronics merger has been very positive overall.
