Being more transparent and accessible. Understanding the market and coming trends. Betting hard on an overall return to office at pre-pandemic levels is unrealistic.

Below market pay and bonus rate for the industry and the position. Unlimited PTO is a bait and switch. Flexible work location is lip service. More than lip service to these areas would be really nice.

they took RSUs away from senior people, so...people are leaving

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

opportunity to learn and dare to do things without the fear of failure.

Diversity and inclusivity has been at the forefront of the Poly culture. The Polycom and Plantronics merger has been very positive overall.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get rid of toxic managers and overall toxic work environment.

No one cares what is gooing on and how to improve the working environment.. No HR and employee interaction. Only their role is during hiring and firing.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Hierarchical, antiquated company masquerading as a tech company, which it is not. Really old school management styles and expectations.

Management team is unprofessional and they are working hard to make it sinking Titanic..
