What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, Courage, Vision, Agility and Customer Focus
They respect & work as a team.
Leadership at all levels is on the same page including our CEO.
the new leaders know how to get product out the door
Approachable, answers all employee emails and questions, passionate about culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more transparent and accessible. Understanding the market and coming trends. Betting hard on an overall return to office at pre-pandemic levels is unrealistic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is good and I have been lucky to have stock awards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Below market pay and bonus rate for the industry and the position. Unlimited PTO is a bait and switch. Flexible work location is lip service. More than lip service to these areas would be really nice.
they took RSUs away from senior people, so...people are leaving
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really genuinely super nice people.
Technically sound and always ready to help.
A lot of Poly experience and works well together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
opportunity to learn and dare to do things without the fear of failure.
Diversity and inclusivity has been at the forefront of the Poly culture. The Polycom and Plantronics merger has been very positive overall.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of toxic managers and overall toxic work environment.
No one cares what is gooing on and how to improve the working environment.. No HR and employee interaction. Only their role is during hiring and firing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was the best!
Using video technology - hired back in 2009 so it was innovative and a chance to use the technology.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR is on 3rd party pay roles why they bother about to improve the process..
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great manager that makes all of us feel valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hierarchical, antiquated company masquerading as a tech company, which it is not. Really old school management styles and expectations.
Management team is unprofessional and they are working hard to make it sinking Titanic..
