I don't like not getting paid on time. It effects my life. And $10 an hour is not what yall should be starting cooks out as. Keep your employees happy, you'd have a better company.

Well if they aren't happy they won't shop up yeah?

Everything overall. Also not a good look when all of management stands around not working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Highly undervalued. I get paid $10 an hour to do essentially 2 peoples jobs. And I can't even get paid when I'm supposed to.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company needs an overhaul. I just love the fact I burn myself everyday for 10 an hour. Then I can't get paid on time. Have to scrounge for gas money just to make it. I'm tired of my job causing me problems and headaches.
