Everything I should have never applied for that job it's not worth it

Everything the store was totally disorganized no order and the employees were very nasty to coumsters

I undervalue because that's the worth of the franchise I will never work or eat there and I will tell my people the same thing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store is all wrong I haven't been paid they are not a good franchise the management is poor and so are the other workers I just want my money
