I loved it as far as my customers. I was a manager. And did everything I was asked of. Did not feel they cared about their business. They even told us one time not to call 911. When there is a fire. I left and came back. Did everything and when I did it wrong they corrected me. And did it right.

They listen, laugh, and learn.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Communication and questions. Eye contact
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive moments. We came together did the work and laughed, no matter what was going on outside of Popeyes. We made each other smile.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers. A few employees. And the fact in the mist of all me outside problems. I can come to Popeyes and make a few people day
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. There is none unless they are talking about everyone else or something that has nothing to do with Popeyes. Yes I left a giggled had my inputs. But didn't take what was said because I knew they was speaking on all of us as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing would make me feel better about Popeyes. But I feel the ones that work that hardest and say nothing is less looked at. But the ones that have all the problems and is to much for such business is worship. I feel they need to look upon the ones they worshipping.
