I wouldn't mind the current competition if there wasn't horrible management.

They need to actually care about who they hire and get rid of bad management not just keep sweeping it under a rug
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is going wrong. It's can be improved by providing HR numbers to employees and promoting a healthy work environment and healthy good management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager Sophia is the main issue. She makes all employees uncomfortable. None complain about her poor management because they know nothing is ever done about Manager Sophia's abuse of being manager. She also is friends with the manager in charge of her so all complaints about her get dismissed.
