its fast paced at times but that only because we are under staffed its hard to train others on position due to this hopefully this improves the plus side is that i find it quit fun running the drive thru cashier and learning stuff some people offer tips its a pleasant experience

most happiest at work the paycheck ofc and making other costumers happy

leadership isnt that great there always stressed and are usualy the only ones preparing food so its complicated

most positive ig you cane say eaven if we have our ups and down in the end we all luagh it out and go on to the next thing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
best part is i get payed weekly meaning i dont have to save as much for 2 weeks until my next pay check cuz i know its around the corner waiting for me
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
litterly when u walk in for the interview the only thing they ask is what day can you work and boom ur hired i feel like thats a main reason why so many people that arnt very good at fast paced stuff are accepted
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
co workers swear alot in front of costumers and seem too get mad very very easily like someone new comes and dont know what they want they start yelling at them as for new uber eats people and doordash they litterly sometimes dont mention there here through the speaker and that gets the team annoyed
