I was verbally harassed on a day to day basis. I made reports against managers and fellow employees that were repeatedly not investigated or even acknowledged. Lastly, on the previous week I was sent home for a week and was notified today that I was fired based off of unfounded & biased allegations
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Controlling the shift in a more professional or proper manner. Being able to execute plans and stategies that make workers feel safe. Keep there personal issues and emotions out of there work ?
