My experiences with this company are Terrible im having problems with the general manager she runs the job like a dictatorship you make her mad she'll try to fire you and i feel like im being emotionally verbally mentally abused plus this Location will not pass a health&safety test it's disgusting

We where not given any type of proper training or an Orientation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didnt have any knowledge of benefits/equity Other than my hourly pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Yes There all very messing and immature plus there all friends so if you have a problem you cant say anything about it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need new management/general manager they dont care about the Quality of the food or the safety and well-being of the customers and employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better managers and general manager We dont work as a team we don't communicate at all everyone talks about each other every immature work environment
