Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – The location on 40 highway in Independence Mo is so much better. I normally only order whole wings. All of a sudden in my last 2 visits the wings are a beautiful golden color, moist and flavorful. Maybe the cooking oil or the cooks are different. My only complaint is there were too many feathers.
