My experience at the Laporte location has been tremendously bad
What makes you most happy at work?
Professionalism. For my general manager to be more professional and to stop having mountains and being super negative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sabrina and Ben are good workers. But the general manager Tabatha is their sister and wife and they get all the hours tons of overtime, but she limits me to 4 to 5 hours a day. So that her family can have all the overtime. It is unfair, she's super unprofessional. She breaks down every day
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For the person that was interviewing me to actually be there. I showed up and she wasn't there. I got all the way home after waiting 45 minutes. She calls me a 1/2 an hour later. Asked me to drive all the way back to town to do the interview. Then she didn't ask any pertinent questions.
