At MY location it's the teamwork and communication.... not to mention our awesome customer service
The openness and straight forwardness about what was expected from me and how the company works
The constant teamwork between everyone and knowing I'm not having to "babysit" my employees and constantly stay on them about keeping busy
Communication, teamwork, working with store managers and shift supervisors more (meeting in the middle on some things instead of not giving in at all and losing great leaders)
I can only talk about the location I work at all the time (I've only filled in a few days at other locations but not long enough to comment) and do I'd have to say the friendliness between EVERYONE
