That there wasn't one. Most of the mangers are useless

The workers are what make the environment at my company positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I will have money in my pocket when I get paid not much but it'll do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are paid 7.25 an hour but they expect you to do the job of a cashier and a packer and so on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager was very understanding and helpful. She was being underpaid but she continued to act professionally. The other mangers are completely useless.
