Working together and not blaming people for stuff they didn't do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm shown zero respect, I'm consistently yelled at and I'm on the verge of quitting.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way the manager/ supervisor on duty treats their employees. I find the employees of same color are treated highly and better than the employees of different color/race. If we were all treated equally and fairly it would make me actually want to show up for my shift.
