Going on 2 weeks now of my Reemployment back with this company at the same store I have been harassed every day the whole entire shift and I'm tired now someone needs to have something done about this matter because obviously the GM is overlooking the problem

It is a negative environment

They need to improve on their respect for others and customers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is very little teamwork in a lot of disrespect and harassment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more respectful and be more professional as team players with this company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have previously been employed with this company for 14 years and was recently asked to come back but there is nothing professional or respectful still at this particular store that I'm employed at
