What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything in the store including changing manager and general manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's nothing positive. I wouldn't even recommend for people to eat in popeyes. They give you buns bit by rats, chicken pee by rats, and they don't clean they tables.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't clean the store. The general manager will support harassment, bullying, stealing etc.. The owner of the store only appears to critizes everything without realizing HIS store is full of rat. Customers have had complaint because while the're eating there are rats waling on top of the tables
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2 years and 5 months in popeyes to be exactly! as store general manager changed, things have gotten bad. They've had closed the store because of their OWN decision and had decided to cut my hours. Claimed that they are going to pay for the day that they have closed the store which they didn't.
