What did you like most about the interview process?Got to meet lots of the team I work with
What is the best part about your compensation package? The pay and benefits are good, but is it worth it?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The benefits are the only positive aspect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? From the top down, managers and supervisors lack empathy. They see their employees as cogs in a machine--produce, produce, produce more, more, more with fewer employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too many meetings. Checking in every other week is taking away from my productivity. There's no respect for the experience that older employees have. Look at the high rate of long-term employees that are quitting. Follow up with those people. Why are they leaving?! Hostile work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Balance; understanding that employees are people who have families and are not 365/24 at the beckon call of the company; take a more moderate, middle road approach (diversity and inclusion efforts have swung too far to one side).
