- What are some of the best things about your team?The other snowmakers are the only reason youd want to work on this mountain and even then its not worth it

- What do you like best about the leadership team?Out of the senior leadership team there is maybe 3 people who actually care about employee well being and culture. I have seen certain departments give themselves rewards via their executive leader in order to get pay raises at the senior leadership level.
