What are some of the best things about your team?The other snowmakers are the only reason youd want to work on this mountain and even then its not worth it
What makes you most happy at work?Bartending at arie resturant bar
What do you like best about the leadership team?Out of the senior leadership team there is maybe 3 people who actually care about employee well being and culture. I have seen certain departments give themselves rewards via their executive leader in order to get pay raises at the senior leadership level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hire empathetic leaders and quit getting rid of the people who truly care for the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Have leasership team takea drug test at copper maointain because they are getting rid of the wrong ones they are foring good employees that dont do drugs
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Getting ride of some of the leople in employee experience and hr like kelly renoux
