What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything. Even when I'm having a terrible day, my coworker's infectious spirits always make it at least a little bit better. There's always someone to ask if you need help and it's not an empty gesture.

Leadership at Praxent walks the talk. They expect a lot out of employees, but they also hold themselves to the same standards. They listen to employee feedback and take it to heart when implementing new policies.

The best part about Praxent is that they make very few hiring mistakes. Their interview process is pretty intense, but it ensures that everyone they hire is an adult and can be trusted. The company feels like a family, which makes it a place you actually want to show up to everyday.
