What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a Zoom meeting, it was fairly informal but still followed the STAR interview methodology. I got to know a little about the projects I would be working on and ask some personal growth questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well there are many ERG groups that help support people of all walks of live. There are ones for Veterans, for Women's Empowerment, for the LGBTQ+ Community, for Mental Health.. The list of support groups internally is amazing
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can help one of my fellow team mates out with an issue that I have dealt with before and when I can help teach/train someone in a new process that they may not have understood very well before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like my boss cares about us as a team and as individuals. When one person has a personal issue they need to take care of we all rally to support them. Herbert is my boss and I could not ask for a more compassionate and truly wonderful leader
