I like the diversity of my team as well as the support I receive regarding any type of situation, work or personal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be based on education and experience. I also believe with the rising inflation companies should stay current with the compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team will ensure that everyone is comfortable with their work and environment. If one takes off, the entire team ensures that the work is up to date and urgent matters are handled.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very comfortable in my interview process. The interview did not feel stiff, and I did not feel pressure. Instead, the interviewer ensured I would be appropriate for the team by asking more engaging and fun questions.
