I enjoy the Team aspect. We all win together and it helps to make us all accountable. This also fosters collaboration within the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the professionalism of our team. The structure of Sales, Inside Sales and the collaborative interactions with Engineering make me feel supported and valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy meeting with our customers. When I am asked to take on a new project, it is exciting and gives me a chance to be creative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team is close. We know the customers and we know each other. This allows a natural blend of Professional and Personal communication that builds relationships and makes us better as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is approachable and are willing to listen to me. I have had a few opportunities to talk with Leadership during their Regional Visits to our offices. They have always been open to our feedback.
