What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Nepotism is a big part of this culture and diversity and lack thereof is a huge issue that the company pretends to address but never does.

Thank you for your perception of what it is like working at Press Ganey. We encourage you to speak directly to your HRBP or manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't have enough space on here to answer this question! The compensation is ridiculous for the amount of work required. They moved positions that were hourly to salary in order to avoid paying overtime when they explicitly knew these positions require overtime to get the job done.

Our HR team constantly evaluates compensation to reflect the market. Work life and flexibility are the top priorities we strive to provide for our clients. We encourage all staff to take advantage of our unlimited PTO and flexible hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Practice what you preach to clients! Pay people fairly based on the cost of living in their city not based on South Bend, IN. Address the diversity and inclusion issues that you know you have particularly for African Americans and LISTEN for once to the employees who actually do the work!

We encourage you to reach out to our Chief Human Resources Officer, Cassandra Willis-Abner, directly about your concerns.
