Energy, authenticity, and investment in individual employees
Effective communication, and not just talking for the sake of talking.
The leadership team has absolutely no humility or accountability. They do not provide the support needed to adequately get the job done, then they will put the blame on a subordinate so they do not look incompetent.
Removing ego, being accountable and more transparency.
PTO and Employee health/dental/vision benefits. Also great bonus
The benefits package is decent to good, retirement match is mediocre. No equity opportunity. Bonus structure is a work of fiction.
The salary, benefits, and PTO are beyond generous.
MBOs on top of fair salary
Executive leadership does not create a safe space and allow managers to create and lead
They're generally great people that are effective at their jobs.
My team had an amazing comradery with the exception of the higher leadership (Director and above). We all meshed well and worked well has a team.

There's no production pressure for the most part. The company seems to be on product autopilot.
I did not see evidence of the leadership showing the humility that was promised during my interview process. There were incompetent Directors and VP's who said they had an "open door" policy but would sit in their offices with the doors closed 90% of the time and were very unapproachable.
Executive team needs to reward and celebrate employees for their contributions. Trust needs to be built. The value and investment in people needs to become a priority.
I interviewed with many different parts of the organization and had exposure to the actual line employees.
The interview process went quickly.
The recruiter was very engaged and responsive.

Senior management is a basket case. People and Talent is a top-heavy tone deaf bureaucracy. Management turmoil has run off several key technical resources and that shows no sign of improving. The company doesn't seem to have a clear product direction.
Leadership is terrible and incompetent. Hire leadership who know what they are doing and have experience with smaller organizations.
Employees have been devalued. Executive leadership is only focused on selling the company and decreased their focus on doing the work that will actually put the organization in a position to sell itself.
