What is the best part about your compensation package?PTO and Employee health/dental/vision benefits. Also great bonus
What is the best part about your compensation package? The benefits package is decent to good, retirement match is mediocre. No equity opportunity. Bonus structure is a work of fiction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Energy, authenticity, and investment in individual employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Effective communication, and not just talking for the sake of talking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team has absolutely no humility or accountability. They do not provide the support needed to adequately get the job done, then they will put the blame on a subordinate so they do not look incompetent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Senior management is a basket case. People and Talent is a top-heavy tone deaf bureaucracy. Management turmoil has run off several key technical resources and that shows no sign of improving. The company doesn't seem to have a clear product direction.
