Princess Cruises Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part was my compensation package

My package is around 900 $ that was good for a galley steward

Review from Customer Support Dept

Good food and good cabin

fix salary for everyone ,

That it covers a health insurance while ure onboard

Very good and well compensate

BETTER IN THE WORLD,AND A GOOD COMPANY

Even we are underpaid during return to service is understandable. The best part is princess has its new program which is princess plus so everytime guest avail this we have a automatic tip per day good job princess

Linked to company and individual performance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Reasonable pay matching the market at least.

Because I don't have much money. Now is the time for money. I am not getting any proper value for the work I am doing now

My skills and education and even working experience is better than 95% of the crew onboard. The managers really need to be active listeners.

I m not available to get my salary and there is no one to help me to get it as Mumbai office is not supporting to anything. Just sitting there doing nothing.

lower pay than industry standard, little ability to earn incentive

Just give what we work and we work very hard for that

The contact center handles a LOT of ever changing policies and product formation in addition to customer care that is not always pleasant. The pay raises are pitiful and the starting rate should be higher. Not to mention changes to the structure of our center that are 100% sales and profit centered

Review from Customer Support Dept

The entry level position is extremely intense and complicated. They expect you to perform without enough training or pay. In most other areas, the company is good.
