Team members need to work together to achieve goals. When I first came to this department, we were a cohesive team, now we are individuals. Some are struggling to keep their heads above water but still do not care.
We need to have more recognition form upper management. They constantly state how great the onboard teammates are but never recognize shore side.
They need to implement de developmental plans, welcome plans for new joiners and REAL EFFECTIVE SUPPORT for their employees
Need to change all the Italian as they have chain in them thay don't like any other nationality to come over
The entire middle management needs to be overhauled and staffed with individuals who are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic in their position. This is currently not the case and there are many supremely unqualified individuals in key areas that destroy either moral, experience or revenue
There needs to be more support personnel to handle issues. We tend to wait for a long time on the phones while keeping clients waiting. It feels like pressure from both sides.

Phone system and overall people skills
Need to talk to the low level of staff. And free talk to them
Some executive changes brought a person or a few people who decided to outsource one pf our most important departments (BAD IDEA) because they only value sales. When I started at Princess, it was a wonderful work environment and I felt respected. Now? not so much
