What's the office layout like at ProBuild?
Only management and bookkeepers have offices upstairs.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at ProBuild?
If you want to work there just apply & be friendly at the interview, they'll hire anyone.
How's the feedback proccess at ProBuild?
There is no feedback unless you've made a mistake and then you're going to hear back very quickly but if you're doing a great job don't expect any thanks.
How does ProBuild make decisions around promotions?
Whatever management wants management gets.
What do people at ProBuild think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
We don't know much about the CEO other than he obviously expects the stores to work with substandard equipment and try and operate without needed stock to sell.
What's the interview process like at ProBuild?
Very unprofessional
What kind of people succeed at ProBuild?
The people who kiss the bosses ass.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining ProBuild?
How much favoritism there is and how little chance there is to advance.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at ProBuild?
Terrible there is a lot of favoritism. Some rules apply to some employees but not others. Management is worthless.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at ProBuild?
Mediocre
How would you compare interviewing at ProBuild to other places you've interviewed?
Very poor, anyone would qualify for any position.
