Working with this amazing group of people. After this is the combination of having an impact and growing with the company.

My team is almost like a family to me. I don't think I ever had a team that cared so much for each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Food is a big plus for me. Daily fresh-made food in the office is a luxury + I never experienced having vouchers for those working from home. Mental health benefits are above standards too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team treats us all as equals. I love that I don't feel as though I can't give my feedback. I love that I can be a team player with everyone in every department. The collaboration is wonderful. This is all encouraged by our leadership.
