What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and catered lunches in the office

I like the fact that we have a really good total compensation package and at the same time that we all have stock options, so we still have a great chance that our work will be richly rewarded.

All of it, stock grants are material, salary and overall comp is above average, benefits are above average, and I've worked for some terrific companies but none compare to here including the total compensation.
