The team cares about the people and the overall company strategy is a very solid one which should yield great business results in the long run

Hiring from within would be a start
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The balance of good OTE and attainable targets as well as the personal assistants that can help run chores for you + the kindergarten in the office
The employee stock purchasing programs is the best I've seen. RSU grants are also good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay very little the benefits are decent
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is collaborative and hungry to win. They are also genuinely nice people who are looking to grow and the politics are down to zero

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The desire to collaborate and win together. There is also as of late a great understanding about the systems complexity and great strides are in place to simplify and unify the technology stack internally
