everything I have mentioned before but it has to start at the top

they need to bring back the nurses that had experience and stop replacing them with ones right out of school
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
since paramedics take over they have taken a lot of our benefits away such as a day off for your birthday and holiday time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everything the focus is not on our patients it's on how much money we can make from them it needs to be on the care of the patients thats why we nee the experienced nurse to help with that the new nurse dont have that
