I loved the work as well as coworkers and providers. Management needs to be evaluated, there is no communication, and the office manager/regional manager tends to bully the employees she does not like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers getting along well with each other.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think they should do peer interviews as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HSL needs to have an overhaul done. Communication is no where to be found and the transition in management was messy and not done very well.
