I like that they are willing to field questions in an open and honest format through all-hand meetings. I feel our feedback is welcome in this format. i appreciate that they answer honestly and often on-camera, so you can tell it's a genuine response.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I don't have to send a formal email to request something and just message people directly. It is a much more efficient and comfortable approach. It allows us to collaborate in a much more relaxed environment. I appreciate the small-company-feel while having the resources of a big company
