What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work is always fun, which makes hard work really easy :) Teams are very helpful be it work or personal emergencies!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, co-operative, helpful, hard working, organized.. All in all everyone works hard but they all are always so cheerful and happy that it makes work life super awesome and never tiring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about the company goals and are very invested in our growth as well. I can say from personal experience I am proud to work in a company where I'm valued and my work is recognized.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In a short time I've worked for Prove, my hard work was recognized and that was not only appreciated in words but I got a raise too. So I would say, executive team invested in our compensation package and see whether we are being fairly paid of how much work we put in is the best thing.
