What I like best about the Leadership team at Prove is transparency.

The best part about my compensation package is there's no cap after a certain dollar threshold.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy what I do within my role and also appreciate how great it is to work with my team and accomplish complex customer problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What's most positive is the effort our People & Culture Team put in to host virtual events as we all still work from home due to the pandemic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best things about my team is that they are always willing to help no matter how busy we all are. They stop what they're doing and take the time to give support.
