Getting to learn something new excites me. Also getting to talk to and work with my co-workers everyday brings me joy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some really smart, talented, and understanding members on our team. They care about you as a person and are always willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness and openness to what is going on in the company and where we're headed. I've never been with a company who has been so transparent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think part of the growing process is figuring out what works best. That being said, to retain and continue to attract new talent, we should be paid more competitively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In these tough times, the company has put the health and wellness of their employees at the top of their priority list. They have shown compassion and ensured that their employees are taken care of in times of need. I cannot praise them enough for being so kind.
